Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel after making a reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellation fees will apply based on the number of days prior to your scheduled service as follows.
・On the day of service: 50% of the fare
・From 7 days before up to the day before service: 30% of the fare
・From 14 days to 8 days before service: 20% of the fare
To ensure safety, we kindly request that all passengers refrain from any actions that may interfere with safe driving.
